Contribute to evolution of electrical design elements of product to meet consumer/value driven requirements and fulfill cost, timing and reliability goals. Contribute to the electrical design and innovation suitable for high volume manufacturing processes including written and verbal instructions as needed to create and develop the technical data package. Contribute to analysis and selection from design alternatives. Prove designs selected fulfill specification objectives and implement designs into product for mass production. Able to adjust communications to support success. Accountable for electrical elements of product execution including integration of design into product to meet specification, safety, regulatory and standards compliance. Support writing general and detailed specifications (i.e., product, performance and testing specifications). Develop prototypes to prove merit of technical concepts specification compliance. Complete assigned documentation including Engineering Change Masters and Bills of Material. Drive quality compliance as related to design work. Utilize appropriate design development tools and techniques such as Value and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Design for Manufacture, Assembly and Inspection, CAD Analysis and 3D Design Tools.  Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering 2-5 years experience to include team skills and working with multiple projects Experience in electrical/electronic construction, performance, design analysis and competitive application. Design of control circuits for battery packs and charges; design of electronic speed controls for universal and PM motors.
