Details: Local Realty Company looking for full-time Marketing/Graphics assistant.  The primary function of this position is to assist in the development and maintain marketing strategies for the company. This position is also responsible for evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.  Lastly, this position fulfills the graphic needs of the office and its agents.Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with the following: Marketing: Design, implement, and facilitate the annual marketing plan which is to be reviewed quarterly with management Plan and administer the annual marketing budget.  Design and plan marketing/advertising training seminars for agents. Oversee electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance (this includes intranet maintenance).
